Forest Lake Association Trustee Meeting
November 12, 2024

MINUTES
Welcome – Jan called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM. In attendance were Jan, Ted, Heidi, Greg Cathy, Paula and Gino .
Secretary Report – Paula shared the September 24, 2024 meeting minutes. Minor errors were fixed. Ted made a motion to accept the revised minutes; Greg seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
Treasurer Report – Ted submitted the following report:
- Paula made a motion to accept the minutes; Heidi seconded it. All voted in favor.
Committee Reports:
Water Quality: Paula, Janene
- All of the paperwork has been submitted for 2024 by Janene. Patrolling will begin again in the late spring.
Plant Patrolling: Connor, Janene
- Neither were present at the meeting to report out.
Old Business:
Review bylaws discussion
- The trustees present started to review the by-laws article by article. Ted is willing to take the lead on that. Proposals will need to go into the 2025 newsletter.
Special Project committee
- Town of Gray’s Climate Resiliency Committee – Ted went to the last meeting that was held. Perhaps a lake consortium of Gray lakes will come out of it. Heather Hunt and the town planning director were present. Ted will try to attend the next meeting.
New Business:

- Ted made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Cathy seconded the motion. All voted in favor. Jan adjourned the meeting at 7:05 PM.
