Public Meeting, Monday 11/25/19 7:00 pm at Town Hall in Council Chambers.

Plans are available for review at https://windhamweb.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx on the Thursday before the meeting or in the Planning Department. We can be contacted at 207-894-5960 ext. 2. Please notify us if you have special needs due to a disability.

Additional Notes

We had two moratorium’s on mineral extractions in place, but they both expired and the town put an ordinance in place to not allow mineral extractions off of private roads with 100 or more dwellings (Lakeside has 100 or more dwellings that use it). What the applicant is doing is trying to build a new road parallel to Lakeside to circumvent this ordinance.

Please email the town council and planning board with your concerns.
